Day 3 (Monday): KORČULA – MAKARSKA (B, L, CD)

In the morning we continue our adventure by sailing to the town of Makarska, on the mainland. Makarska is one of the most popular tourist resort areas on Adriatic. Its long pebbly beaches and beautiful mountains in the background, create a specific climate and picturesque views. After lunch on board, you will have some free time. We recommend a relaxed walk through the green paths of St. Peter peninsula towards west and then further to the beach. A lovely 2 km long walk along the seaside promenade would be one option, but if you prefer the old town, explore the streets and squares behind the main promenade, which are abundant with galleries, souvenir shops, cafes and restaurants. Return back to the boat in the evening, where you will enjoy the Captain’s dinner. Overnight in the port of Makarska.

NEED TO KNOW

This is a luxury ship cruise.

Small ship cruises in the Adriatic are a very popular way to explore Croatian islands and coastal towns without having to change hotels. Our luxury vessels have between 15 and 20 cabins for up to 40 guests, which provides a more intimate cruise experience.

In the afternoon the ship usually docks in the port of the visited island/town. Guided tours in English are organised in all mayor ports (Split, Dubrovnik, Korčula, Hvar, Mljet, etc.), but passengers can also enjoy free time to explore the visited places on their own, go swimming or have dinner in one of the local restaurants. Let us know if you want a private tour guide in any other language.

The language of communication on board is English. However, the staff will do anything in their power to make the cruise comfortable and safe for all the passengers, even if they don’t speak English at all.

If this specific itinerary is not exactly what you are looking for, check out other luxury cruises in our offer or opt for a more economic cruise option.
